Scope
This policy applies to CreatorBoost engagement orders and wallet adjustments. A “refund” normally means eligible value returned to your CreatorBoost wallet, not an automatic cash payment to a bank account.

Refund and Loop orders
Refund mode: when the estimated delivery window expires, the eligible value for undelivered units may be returned to your wallet.
Loop mode: unfulfilled units may continue returning to the task feed until completed or the order is otherwise closed. Choosing Loop means expiry does not automatically create the same unused-value refund.

When value may be returned
- An eligible order is cancelled before the relevant engagement is delivered or verified.
- A technical failure creates a confirmed duplicate deduction or prevents the order from being created.
- CreatorBoost closes an order and identifies an unused balance.
- A Refund-mode order expires with eligible undelivered units.

What is not refundable
Delivered or verified engagement is not refundable. We also may decline a refund where delivery was blocked by an incorrect link, private or removed content, changed channel settings, restricted comments, deleted content, a breach of these Terms, fraud, charge manipulation or another condition controlled by the creator.
Normal changes in subscriber, view, like or comment counts after verified delivery do not by themselves prove non-delivery.

Refund destination
Approved adjustments are normally credited to the CreatorBoost wallet used for the order. Wallet value may be reused, transferred where eligible, or included in a withdrawal request subject to the rules and minimum shown in the app.

How to request a review
Email info@joincreatorboost.com from your registered Gmail address. Include the order reference, affected link, explanation and any useful screenshots. Do not send your password or one-time codes.
We may review task evidence, order history, public YouTube status and account activity before deciding.

Review and processing time
We do not promise a fixed processing time. Timing depends on the complexity of the investigation, available evidence, account security checks and any applicable financial processing. We will aim to communicate the outcome as soon as reasonably practical.

Abuse and restrictions
False claims, altered evidence, repeated creator-caused failures or attempts to obtain both delivery and a refund may result in denial, wallet correction, feature limits or account suspension.
